   Important Info:

Reservations:  A deposit of $250 per person is required upon booking.  The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Late bookings:  Booking made 30 days prior to departure is considered a late booking and requires a full payment by bank transfer or cashiers check.   Change fees:  A change fee of $100 per change per person will be charged if change is made after confirmation and before documents are issued.  For changes made between 30-15 days prior to departure, or after documents are issued, travelers will be charged a $150/change handling fee.  A fee of $250/change will be assessed for change made within 14 days prior to departure. This is a fee charged by the airlines/cruise line, not Jerren Travel.  If such changes necessitate cancellation of confirmed air or land arrangements, unrecoverable costs will be added. Cancellations:  Received up to 45 days prior to scheduled departure dates will be subject to a $350 administrative fee per person.  Within 45 days, the following fees apply:  44-21 days - deposit or 10% of tour cost, whichever is greater; 20 days or less - deposit or 25 % of tour cost, whichever is greater.  In addition, any unrecoverable expenses and/or cancellation charges imposed by vendors will be assessed.  No refund within 7 days of departure or later.  Unused Arrangements: No refund will be made for missed or unused ground services, hotel rooms, or meals.  Travel Documents:  U.S. citizens must possess a valid passport.  Holders of other countries should inquire about their visa requirements.  Tour Prices:  All rates quoted U.S. dollars are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at time of this printing.  You will be advised of adjusted prices if airfares, land prices, or currency exchange rates are revised by 3%.  Tour is based on a minimum of 15 passengers and may be cancelled if that number is not met. This negotiable.  Insurance:  Jerren Travel Service strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.  We offer our clients:  trip cancellation / trip interruption & travel insurance.  Protection  against financial losses due to illness, injury or death.  Policy is included in your invoice for your purchase

Tour Price Includes:

Air transportation: ( If not LAND ONLY TOUR)  Economy class. Accommodations:  provided in first class or deluxe hotels (3 star) with private bath and breakfast. Costs are based on 2 people sharing a twin-bedded room.  For single room, a supplement, as indicated, is required.  If circumstances dictate, last minute change of accommodations at alternate hotels of equal quality will be arranged. Meals: Breakfast at hotel daily. Transportation: Round trip transfers between hotel and airport, touring buses for long distance venues for those purchasing the air package only.  Those purchasing land only portion of tour are not entitled to airport transfers unless included on itinerary. Sightseeing:  all entrance fees as indicated on itinerary. Hotel Taxes:  All service charges and taxes at hotels. Tour preparation:  Cost of planning and operation of the programs is included.  Baggage:  Each passanger is entitled to one check-in suitcase not to exceed 62 inches in dimension, total or 45 lbs. / bag plus one small carry-on. Tour price does NOT include:  Any extra transportation which is not part of the itinerary;  tips to guides or porters, passport, or visa fees, insurance, foreign airport taxes, U.S. airport immigration and customer fees, excess baggage charges, additional meals, beverages, laundry, phone calls and other personal items.

Jerren Travel Service acts only in the capacity as an agent in making arrangements for transportation, hotels and other services & does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, accident or delay due to any act of default of carrier, hotel, restaurant, company or person rendering any other services included in the tour, or caused by strikes, civil disturbances, hostilities, acts of war or other force majuere.  Further, no responsibility is accepted for any damage or delay due to machinery breakdown, quarantine, weather, or causes beyond our control.  No responsibility is accepted for any omission, delay, or rerouting additional expenses or other events resulting from improper health certificates or documents, or acts of any government authority.  The right is reserved to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour or to refuse to retain any member of a tour.  The right is reserved to adjust the itinerary or to substitute hotels.  Neither the airlines nor public transportation companies are to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passenger is not aboard their aircraft or conveyances.  Passenger contract in use by airline & public carries, when issued, is the sole contract between the carrier & the passanger.
